For nine years Equality Britain (formerly Ethnic Britain) has successfully been working to promote equality and diversity within Employment, Education, Housing and Sport.

In a modern Britain, everyone should have the chance to flourish, achieve their potential and contribute to its success. Inequality is wasteful. It squanders talent and resources and restricts ambition.

A more equal society will help maintain a strong, stable economy, with growth and prosperity even through turbulent periods in the economic cycle.

The country that brings out the best in its entire population will be the success story of the global age.
