Dr. Marsha Scott
Marsha is a feminist activist, researcher and practitioner and the Convener of Engender. She is the UK board member on the European Women's Lobby and the UK Expert Delegate to the EWL's European Observatory on Violence Against Women. And her day job ?… She is the Principal Officer for Health, Policy and Planning at West Lothian Council.
Elspeth Attwooll MEP
Elspeth has been representing Scotland in the European Parliament as an MEP since 1999 where she is one of the Vice Chairs of the Fisheries Committee, a member of the Regional Development Committee and a substitute member of the Employment and Social Affairs Committee.
At home she has held a succession of positions in the Scottish Liberal Democrats and is currently the President of the Scottish Women Liberal Democrats.

She lectured in legal theory at Glasgow University for over thirty years and worked on conventions concerning trade union rights with ILO in Geneva.
