Sutton Housing Partnership is an Arms Length Management Organisation or ALMO set up to manage council housing and to bring investment and improvements to our homes across the borough. We share a vision to build a community in which all can take part and all can take pride.

PLACES FOR PEOPLE
Places for People is one of the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK. With assets in excess of 2.9 billion, we currently manage more than 60,000 homes, stretching from Edinburgh to the Isle of Wight.

SAFFRON HOUSING TRUST
Open for business from the 17th May 2004, Saffron Housing Trust plan to provide high quality services for it's customers. After a long and intensive transfer process Saffron (then known as South Norfolk Housing Partnership) took over ownership of the 4200 or so properties previously managed by South Norfolk Council.

FREEBRIDGE COMMUNITY HOUSING
Freebridge Community Housing (FCH) is the landlord set up in 2006 to take the transfer of the former housing stock of the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

WORTHING HOMES
Worthing Homes is a housing association with 3,000 homes in the Sussex coastal area. RedAssure is our telecare and personal response service which provides reassurance and support for 1,500 customers in their own homes.
