PLACES FOR PEOPLE
Places for People is one of the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK. With assets in excess of 2.9 billion, we currently manage more than 60,000 homes, stretching from Edinburgh to the Isle of Wight.
SWAN HOUSING
Swan Housing Group is based in Essex. It started life in 1991 as Basildon Community Housing Association (BCHA) which later became Swan (Essex), and was registered with the Housing Corporation in 1992. The Group structure came into being in the late 1990s. Today Swan manages over 10,000 homes in Essex, Suffolk and East London.
REDBRIDGE HOMES
Redbridge Homes was formed in April 2007 and is a not-for-profit housing organisation, owned wholly by London Borough of Redbridge.
KENSINGTON & CHELSEA TENANT MANAGEMENT ORGANISATION
Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is responsible for the management of nearly 10,000 properties on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
LAMBETH LIVING
The company manages approximately 34,000 tenants' and leaseholders' properties on behalf of Lambeth Council and currently is London's largest arms length management organisation (ALMO). Lambeth Living is a not-for-profit company, owned by the London Borough of Lambeth, which launched on 30 June 2008.

Our commercial success enables us to reinvest continually in affordable housing and the communities we work in.
HASTOE GROUP
Hastoe Group owns and manages more than 4,000 high quality, affordable homes to meet local needs across Southern England. Established in 1962, Hastoe’s properties cover a unique mix of town and rural areas. It specialises in rural developments, designed to complement the local community.
ENFIELD HOMES
Enfield Homes is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO), set up by Enfield Council in April 2008 to manage its homes and to improve housing services. Although Enfield Homes manages your home, Enfield Council is still your landlord or lessor.
ASCHAM HOMES
Ascham Homes is an 'arms length management organisation' (ALMO). This is a not-for-profit company set up by the London Borough of Waltham Forest Council to manage and improve the housing that it owns. Ascham Homes manages 12400 homes (including 1800 leasehold properties) on behalf of the Council. The Council is the landlord of your home.
