HOMES FOR NORTHUMBERLAND
Created in April 2009, we manage over 8,500 council homes in Alnwick and Blyth Valley on behalf of Northumberland County Council.

YOUR HOMES NEWCASTLE
We were set up in 2004 to manage council properties, to improve housing in order to meet the Government’s Decent Homes standard, and to provide a range of support services for Newcastle City Council.

EAST DURHAM HOMES
East Durham Homes manages approximately 8,500 homes, and is working to improve council housing within the area.

DERWENTSIDE HOMES
Derwentside Homes was established in December 2006 and owns and manages around 6,700 properties formerly owned by Derwentside District Council in the North West of County Durham.
