COASTLINE HOUSING
Coastline Housing is an independent, not-for-profit housing association that owns over 3,700 homes in Cornwall.

SELWOOD HOUSING
We are a not-for-profit housing association with over 5,000 properties available for renting at affordable prices. We also offer sheltered housing with an on call warden. We work closely with other agencies to acquire, provide, construct, improve or manage houses or other accommodation available for letting.

RAGLAN
We build new homes in inner city, urban and rural areas for general rental and shared ownership. We also redevelop redundant brownfield sites and empty properties in support of town centre regeneration. Raglan also provides supported accommodation including sheltered housing and refuges.

OCEAN GROUP
We provide a range of services for our residents, from training opportunities to leisure activities, helping them enjoy their homes and the communities they live in. Having just celebrated our 10th birthday, we are looking forward to expanding further, increasing opportunities of homes and jobs in the county.

SYNERGY HOUSING
The Synergy Housing Group owns and manages some 9,000 homes making it one of the largest social housing companies based in Dorset and working across the Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire counties.

MAGNA HOUSING
With over 8,000 homes and a further 700 planned through our development partnership, as well as providing housing and care related services, we are committed to the communities with whom we work.
