WOLVERHAMPTON HOMES
Wolverhampton Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which manages 23,500 properties including 1,800 leaseholds on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council.
BEECHDALE COMMUNITY HOUSING
Beechdale Community Housing Association Limited (BCHA) is a charitable Industrial and Provident Society, registered with the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). BCHA was formed in 1996 as a partial stock transfer (LSVT) from Walsall MBC. BCHA’s owns and manages 1244 homes on the Beechdale Estate in Walsall in the West Midlands.
