CURRENT NURSING / SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION DESIRABLE
You will work with the Area Manager to project manage the new service which will open in September. A full induction and management support package will be available, and the role is ideally suited for individuals with experience of taking on extra responsibility in their present role and who want to be involved at the start of this new and exciting project in Leeds.
Candidates will ideally have a minimum of three years experience working in a learning disability service, and it is essential that you demonstrate an understanding of the needs of this client group. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of current working practices in the sector and a problem solving approach to management. Some project management experience would also be advantageous.
