Working with the Web Editor and the rest of the web team you will ensure delivery of lively and relevant digital content across Amnesty International UK’s web presences. Using the latest web technologies you will also produce a mix of other content formats including blogs, video, podcasts, e-newsletters as well as for social media spaces.
You will possess excellent editorial skills and be an experienced copywriter with an acute attention to detail. With existing experience in online content management, you will ideally have worked in a similar size/type organisation.
A specialist in electronic communications with an in-depth understanding of web and the opportunities it offers both in terms of straight content accessibility and web 2.0, you will also have an excellent understanding of brand and communications theory together with a good knowledge of current affairs especially relating to human rights.
