A vacancy has arisen for a fully qualified electrician in the Bredbury and Agecroft Zone, Manchester. The Bredbury and Agecroft Zone supplies 300,000T of Asphalt, 70,000m3 of concrete and 500,000T of aggregate through a rail handling depot annually. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical work and repairs on the processing and handling facilities. Further to this an emphasis will be placed on developing the current maintenance system to include preventative maintenance on electrical components within the zone. A high degree of flexibility will be required from the individual to service the production requirements of the zone including, other units nearby and some night work.
The successful individual will need to work well as part of a multifunctional team. They will also be required to work on and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the zone.
